The Event

* The event will commence at 9.00am sharp, and it is the responsibility of the competitor to have presented the car to scrutiny prior to the event start. Any car not scrutinised by this time may be scrutinised at the discretion of the Chief Scrutineer.

* A compulsory drivers briefing will be held in the pit area at 8:30am. Any driver not attending the briefing may be excluded from the event. A compulsory drivers meeting may be called at any time by the Clerk of Course. At such meeting, a roll call may be taken.

* The event will consist of a number of timed runs conducted in one direction of the course.

* Timing shall be by means of electronic timing devices to at least one tenth of a second and interim results will be posted near the start point during the day.

* At least four (4) official timed sessions will be envisaged, each session consists of 4 laps. Top 5 shootout will be 3 laps.

* It is the responsibility of the driver to be ready to start in the allocated slot. Should the driver not be in place and ready to start, they will forfeit that run.

* Should it be necessary to terminate the event before the completion of the top 5 shootout, results from the timed sessions' will be used to award podium places. The Chief Timekeeper and his assistant shall be the Judges of Fact as to the validity of starts and the accuracy of times recorded.

* At the end of each run the driver must pull back into the pit and into his/her pit bay.

* All runs shall be made by a rolling start. Timing will start once the car passes the start/finish line. No ‘burn outs' (tyre warming) are allowed in the run up to the start/finish line. A marshal will give the driver the signal to start.

* Vehicles that knock/hit the chicanes cones and corner cones will forfeit their time for that lap of the session.

* A re-run will be permitted only when the timing equipment fails to record the time taken, or if the Clerk of Course deems the track conditions unsafe during a run.

* If a car, due to mechanical failure, or for other reasons fails to reach the finish line, it shall be removed immediately from the course and will be deemed to have made an official run.

* Subject to alteration at the discretion of the Clerk of Course, cars will compete in the entry list order.

* No passengers are allowed in competing vehicles.

* Trophies will be awarded for 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd positions and a trophy for most improved.
